Collected over 30kg of beautiful tasty plums from Roughway Farm near Tonbridge, Kent. I'll be turning them into Plum Jam, Plum & Cinnamon Jam, a Plum, Lime & Coriander Chutney. If there are any left I'll make a batch of Spicy Plum Ketchup.
